The Butterfly hotel has a seasonal restaurant open to the public, which enjoys a unique view. In fact, the shore of Lake Massaciuccoli is just over 10 meters from our tables and the magnificent Puccini open-air theater, where the famous Puccini Festival takes place, is just a few hundred meters away. Due to its proximity to these two elements, we decided to call it Ristorante Arya

What distinguishes our cuisine is the commitment in terms of quality which translates into the use of mainly local raw materials, from the Viareggio fishing boat with its very fresh catch, to the Garfagnana farmers with their excellent cuts of meat, salami, cold cuts and cheeses, all elaborated to create unique and innovative dishes of their kind, without ever taking for granted everything that holds us firmly to the roots of tradition.
